1. Introduction

Welcome to AD Rentals. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Booking and Payment

  • All vehicle bookings must be made in advance through our website, phone, or email.
  • Customers must provide valid identification and necessary travel details while booking.
  • Payments must be made in full before the journey begins unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • We accept payments via online banking, UPI, credit/debit cards, and cash.
  • Any modifications to your booking should be communicated at least **24 hours** before the scheduled trip.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made **48 hours** before the scheduled ride will be refunded with a **100% refund**.
  • Cancellations made between **24-48 hours** before the ride will be refunded with **a 50% deduction**.
  • Cancellations made within **24 hours** of the ride will **not be eligible for a refund**.
  • Refunds will be processed within **7 working days** from the date of cancellation.

4. User Responsibilities

  • Customers must ensure they arrive at the pickup point on time.
  • Any delay beyond **30 minutes** may result in additional charges.
  • Passengers are responsible for their belongings. AD Rentals is not liable for lost or stolen items.
  • Customers should maintain cleanliness inside the vehicle. A **cleaning fee** may be charged for excessive dirt or damage.

5. Service Availability

  • AD Rentals operates across various locations but service availability is subject to vehicle availability.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings in case of unforeseen circumstances.
  • Service may be affected by extreme weather conditions, roadblocks, or national emergencies.

6. Liability and Damages

  • AD Rentals will not be held responsible for delays due to **traffic, weather conditions, or mechanical failures**.
  • If a breakdown occurs, we will arrange for a replacement vehicle, subject to availability.
  • Customers are liable for any damages caused to the vehicle due to negligence or improper use.

7. Insurance and Safety

  • All vehicles are insured, but passengers are advised to have their **own travel insurance**.
  • Seatbelts must be worn at all times, and customers must comply with **traffic rules and regulations**.
  • AD Rentals is not responsible for injuries caused due to **negligence, accidents, or reckless behavior**.

8. Privacy Policy

Your personal data is collected and processed as per our Privacy Policy. We do not share your information with third parties without consent.

9. Termination of Service

  • AD Rentals reserves the right to refuse or terminate service to any customer violating these terms.
  • Abusive behavior, intoxication, or any illegal activity inside the vehicle will lead to immediate cancellation without a refund.
